Course Description

Pressure is part and parcel of all work and helps to motivate us, but excessive pressure can lead to stress which undermines performance and leads to illness. This course introduces essential information on the meaning and nature of stress and its effect on your productivity as well as your physical and emotional health. Symptoms of work related stress as well as effective methods to manage it will be introduced.
